Submission of Registration & PaymentUpon submitting your registration form, our Director of Delegate Affairs will reach out to confirm your submission. After this is done, please expect an invoice for payment within two weeks of submitting your registration form. Please try to submit your payment within one month of receiving the invoice. Visa LettersUCBMUN XXV is proud to welcome and support delegations from across the world. Thus, if your delegation is in need of Visa letters, please fill out the registration form, then reach out to the Director of Delegate Affairs at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Delegation WithdrawalIf your whole delegation chooses not to attend UCBMUN XXV, the refund policy will be dictated by the following dates and delegations fees correlate to their total payment:
Delegate WithdrawalDelegations may add or drop delegates at any time. However, they must release claimed delegates before February 10 in order to receive a full refund on the delegate fee. All delegates dropped after February 10 are required to pay the delegate fee in full.
