Submission of Registration & Payment
Upon submitting your registration form, our Director of Delegate Affairs will reach out to confirm your submission. After this is done, please expect an invoice for payment within two weeks of submitting your registration form. Please try to submit your payment within one month of receiving the invoice. As a result of the virtual nature of our conference, we have significantly reduced the cost of registration for delegates and waived our delegation fee. UCBMUN XXV is proud to welcome and support delegations from across the world. However, UCBMUN is not responsible for any visa-related costs or refunds, and delegations are not recommended to pursue a visa. Delegation Withdrawal
If your whole delegation chooses not to attend UCBMUN XXV, the refund policy will be dictated by the following dates and delegations fees correlate to their total payment:Delegate Withdrawal
Delegations may add or drop delegates at any time. However, they must release claimed delegates before February 15 in order to receive a full refund on the delegate fee. All delegates dropped after February 15 are required to pay the delegate fee in full. If you have any extenuating circumstances, please reach out to delaffairs@ucbmun.org.
